Returns and Exchanges Policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.

The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging, to be eligible for return. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@luine.shop . We will provide you with the address of our warehouse for shipping.

Returned items will not be accepted without a prior return request.

The return costs will be your responsibility and as soon as we receive your shipment we will refund you using the same payment method you used when placing your order.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and resolve it.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
In the case of returns made on a gift card, a refund of the amount cannot be requested, nor can it be exchanged for cash.

Changes

If the delivery address of your order is in Spain (Peninsula), you can request a change. For shipments outside the Peninsula, we will directly manage a return and you can place a new order.

Requesting an exchange is very simple. Just send us an email to info @luine .shop with your order reference and tell us which item you want to exchange. We will inform you of the steps to follow.

This service costs €5.95 and is intended exclusively to cover the shipping costs for collections within the Peninsula. The item must be in perfect condition: unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Once received and verified, we will send you the new item.


Refunds
We'll let you know when we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue your refund.
