Shipping
Shipping times are calculated not from the time of purchase, but from the moment your order status changes to "Shipped", when you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number (usually the next business day after purchase).
The preparation time is 1 working day. Afterwards, the shipment will be made according to the selected method when the order leaves our facilities.
This preparation time may vary depending on the peak season.
We are not responsible for factors external to Luine Shop that may delay or prevent delivery and that are not covered by our logistics partners.
